A king bed that splits into two king singles, full private ensuite, air-conditioning and its own TV.

The deck

North-facing deck, gas BBQ, outdoor dining table, sun lounge and umbrella — the heart of the house in summer.

Outdoors

Native coastal gardens, a sandy path through to the water, and timber walkways wrapping the house. The Waterfront is on tank water and to wash the sand off after a day on the lake, shares the outdoor tap/hose with the house next door. Located at the bottom of The Waterfront stairs to the house. The lake is accessed via a shared walkway with the house next door.

Native gardens

Over the years we have updated the gardens with native plants. You might even see the resident kangaroo, an echidna or a blue tongue lizard.
